We were thrilled with our recent stay at a charming lodge right by the ocean. The spacious and lovely interior made us feel right at home, and the beautiful living area with a warm fire and beach views was amazing. The lodge rooms right off the main living area were convenient, and we found the kitchen to be well equipped and large. The helpful staff provided us with great recommendations for penguin viewing, and the bathrooms were nice and clean.

Great sea view, spacious rooms, and well-equipped kitchen. The carpark was large and the staff was friendly. It's a perfect location to explore the area around during the New Year.
The bedrooms' walls were too thin that made it difficult to sleep because of the noise from the central room. The location was difficult to reach for people without their own means of transport.

I had a great experience staying here! The hotel facilities were great, including the well-equipped kitchen and hot tub. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The location on the ocean side was perfect for us since we attended a concert in Dunedin. Plus, the beach was amazing!
Nothing, all excellent.

Beautifully situated by the coast line, short distance to the town. Peaceful and friendly hostess. Awesome building. Simple and easy care garden area and trails. Super well looked after. Lovely living area and kitchen with warm fire and outlook. Beautiful garden setting and beach views. Hot tub nestled in native bushes with sunset views over the sea. Perfect place for a retreat to rest after a busy time.
Poor pillows and towels. Misleading information about the sauna in the room.

This hotel provided an exceptional experience, fulfilling all of my luxurious needs. the facilities were immaculate, and the exclusive amenities made me feel incredibly pampered. the leisure room was particularly impressive, with comfortable seating and state, of, the, art equipment for my enjoyment. the Jacuzzi was also a highlight, with stunning views of the beachfront that added to the feeling of relaxation and tranquility.
The only issue with this hotel was the lack of accessibility to the car park and main entrance. While not a major problem, it was a minor inconvenience that could be frustrating in inclement weather.
